FiximaPro has been invited to develop the second global module of the existing product - a CRM system for managers, employees of the financial department, affiliate managers, and support. The main objective of the CRM was to help manage all company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. Project tasks came directly from business analysts on the customer's side.
Development of the project included a variety of directions
Creating of functionality for lead generation process. Communication with new customers and leading them to the deposit should be convenient and understandable.
Development of flexible interface for work process management and communication with permanent clients.
Development of tools for tracking statistics, creation of financial reports, and management of payments that worked with the system.
Development of a affiliates interface which include managing affiliates, traffic quality control, affiliate coefficients setting, reporting.
Creating a support system for online customer assistance.
The result of our collaboration is that our client got a flexible CRM system that helps the company stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. CRM was connected to VoIP telephony and mailing system. All actions of managers, calls, and correspondence with the client were logged and attached to the client. The business has many departments that could work with one client, for this CRM we created a multi-level system of privileges with the ability to deeply configure access to modules and data.
